If you need rescuing from period pain, cramps, digestive discomfort, and low energy during your bleed we've got you.

We have bundled our two best-selling periods supports together to make that time of the month easier & pain-free.

+ Flow Period Tea

The Flow blend contains a unique blend of powerful organic herbs all proven to balance and improve your period experience. Healing vitamins and minerals help strengthen and restore the uterine lining, regulate and balance hormones, and ease digestive upset and cramping during your period.

+ Cramp Tincture

Cramp is a tincture hand-blended and crafted to ease menstrual discomfort, leading up to and during your bleed. It replaces your Aleve or Advil and is better for your digestive & liver health. You can take 1 tsp 3 times daily during those painful days of your period or ovulation.

Not for use during pregnancy or lactation.

This kit also includes a Period Support Guide that walks you through how to nourish your body, what foods to eat during your period, how to take care of your energy, and even workout during your menstrual phase.
