You can use these herbal blends to restore cycle balance. They have herbs and berries in them like vitex/chaste tree and red raspberry leaf which help with natural estrogen and progesterone production. You can sip the tea daily "pretending" you are going through a natural cycle over 28-30 days. You can choose to make day one either the 1st day of the full moon or the 1st of the month to keep it easy for you- whatever you prefer.
One jar of Soulful Tea Blends if sipped daily throughout the phase of your cycle, will last 3-4 months. Total of 24 servings.
All Tea Blends ingredients are USDA Certified Organic and Biodynamic - consisting of dried herbs and berries. All of our blends are handcrafted and made in small batches with love.
Unfortunately, our Tea’s are not certified Kosher at this time, however they do follow Kosher regulations, are USDA Certified Organic, and are Halal Certified.
These Tea Blends are designed and formulated to support optimal hormone harmony for your menstrual cycle, which will overall support fertility.
Based on the herbs in each blend, we recommend them not to be consumed during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

Our bottles are designed to be reusable - as reusing is more important than recycling. Our labels are also paper based and recyclable, plus easy to remove. We care about Mother Earth as much as you do.

Moon Time Sisters Ontario is a volunteer-led organization that began in March 2017. They have partnered with over 30 northern Indigenous communities in Ontario, Quebec, Nunavut, and Northwest Territories to supply people who menstruate with free period products. Moon Time Sisters Ontario works with high schools, health care centres, food banks, women’s shelters, midwifery organizations, and community programs to ensure these products are accessible to the community.
Sistering is a multi - service agency for at-risk, socially isolated women and trans people in Toronto who are homeless or precariously housed. They have been serving this community for over 35 years, validating the experiences of women and trans people regardless of outcomes. Community members come from diverse backgrounds and include women and trans people who are experiencing or have experiences with: substance abuse, and mental health issues; disability; trauma and violence, immigration, refugee, and undocumented status.
