Shipping policy

We ship our teas via Canada Post across both Canada and the United States. 

Customers can select their desired shipping method (i.e. Standard, Expedited, XPresspost, or Priority) upon checkout. Once your order is received you will receive an order confirmation and your order will be processed and packed up. Upon shipping your products out, you will receive another notification that the shipment has been made.

Canada Post Small Packet USA Air Shipping method does not include tracking, therefore we won't be able to provide a tracking number for your shipment.
