Digest is a restorative and de-bloating organic herbal tea that promotes gut healing. It is a blend of strengthening and soothing mucilaginous herbs that help coat and protect intestinal mucosal integrity, which can alleviate digestive stress, gas, and bloating.

This loose-leaf blend of flowers, herbs, and roots is a powerful ally for sensitive stomachs. The gentle and effective delivery method of tea allows the therapeutic plant compounds to reach the tissues that need them most, promoting healthy intestinal permeability.

The 100% organic ingredients in Digest include chamomile, peppermint, marshmallow leaf, and root, fennel, ginger, and turmeric.

To prepare, simply add 1.5 teaspoons of the blend to 1 cup of hot water and steep for 6-8 minutes. It can be enjoyed hot or iced, 1-3 cups per day.
